Refund Policy

Beta access to Clienti is free, and no payment method is required to sign up or use it. We don't charge a subscription fee for beta access, so there are currently no Clienti subscription charges to refund.

When Clienti introduces paid plans, the pricing and billing terms will be shown to you before any charge is made, and the refund and cancellation terms that apply will be disclosed before paid billing begins. We'll update this policy at that time. See also our Terms & Conditions.

If you believe you have been charged by Clienti in error, more than once, or in a way that doesn't match the billing terms shown to you, contact us and we'll look into it.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
